For the Army, despite being recently equipped with new and modern weapons and materiel, there are still a larger quantity of old ones which have been used for ages, facing the lack of spare parts and difficulties in maintenance and repairs, etc. This requires more attention to be paid to the renovation and development of military scientific research.
