The Military Technical Branch has to implement significant projects and tasks. Given this situation, the entire Army, particularly the Technical Branch, needs to continue promoting the spirit of “proactivity, creativity, self-reliance, and self-strength” and implement intense, comprehensive, and synchronised technical work.
