With a clear understanding of this issue, the Operational Command focused on effectively addressing issues related to mobility (mobility routes, vehicles, artillery, repairment, recovery, and the organisation of command coordination, and maintenance and supply), allowing artillery units to manoeuver to their firing positions, ensuring safety, secrecy, and precise timing.
