Over the past 45 years, to achieve its successes, one of the key measures undertaken by the Party Committee and the command of the Division is to promote the Determined to win Emulation movement, promote internal strength, elevate the sense of responsibility within each collective and individual, and create motivation to drive the unit to successfully fulfill its missions.
