On August 12th, 2019, the Central Military Commission Standing Board released the Directive 855-CT/QUTW on accelerating the execution of the Campaign entitled “promoting tradition, devoting talent, deserving to be Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new period” (hereafter the Directive 855).
