75 years ago, on February 26th, 1947, the Government issued a Decree on establishing Offices for War Invalids under military regions’ Political Departments and Committees for War Invalids in charge of monitoring and directing war invalid and martyr work within the armed forces. That event marked the inception of the system of military policy offices and opened a new field of work of importance and urgency to the development of the Vietnam People’s Army
