Over the years, the Military Vehicle, Machinery, and Transport Sector, particularly the Vehicle, Machinery, and Transport Department, has given proactive advice to the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence, while directly implementing numerous measures to build an “adept, compact, strong” military water transport force, invest in the modernisation of vessels and equipment, and enhance transport capacity
