Resolution No. 139/2024/QH15 on “National marine spatial planning for the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050” was passed on 28 June 2024 at the Seventh session of the 15th National Assembly. Along with determining the scope of the planning, viewpoints, goals, visions, key tasks and breakthroughs,... the Resolution sets out 07 solutions and resources for implementing the Planning.

In order to keep effectively executing the Strategy for sustainable development of Vietnam’s marine economy towards 2030, with a vision towards 2045, on March 5th, 2020, our Government issued Resolution 26/NQ-CP on promulgating a Master Plan and a Five-Year Plan for the 12th Party Central Committee’s Resolution 36-NQ/TW. To realise the Master Plan towards 2030, with a vision towards 2045, according to the Government’s Resolution, we will regularly review, evaluate, amend, and supplement laws and policies relating to seas and islands
