The August Revolution (1945) has defeated the colonialist and feudalist regime, established the Democratic Republic of Vietnam – a new revolutionary state in Vietnam. This is the historic victory in the cause of building and defending the country of our people. The victory is the result of promoting national’s strength in combination with the time’s strength, in which the former is the decisive one. Yet, some people said that: The August Revolution succeeded thanks to a good luck. So what is the fact?
