After 5 years’ implementation of the campaign “Promoting tradition, devoting talent, deserving to be Uncle Ho’s soldiers - Naval soldiers,” the 4th Naval Region has gained significant results, which lays a solid foundation for improving its integrated quality and combat strength to successfully complete every assigned mission
