Building a strong National Defence Academy on a par with military modernisation

The academy attaches importance to development of a corps of lecturers, education management cadres, and scientific researchers with sufficient quantity and quality on a par with requirements and missions. Education, training, and scientific research are regularly reformed to improve quality. The academy successfully completes training programmes for both domestic and international learners as provided by plans for each year and course, which contributes not only to the building of a high-quality human resource for the VPA but also increased state management of national defence and security and strengthening of military, defence power, and protection of the Fatherland.

Bringing into play the gained achievements, the Technical Department, in coming time, continues to check and firmly grasp the conditions of the technical facilities, at the same time, proactively analyse and anticipate the development of equipment for the education, training and scientific research over the country and the world, and also the training demands in units in the whole Military in order to advise the Academy to build and implement the projects on upgrading and modernising the facilities which are suitable with reality.
