With 2017 recorded achievements, the whole nation entered into the year 2018 in eager and buoyant mood, and commemorated the founding day of Communist Party of Vietnam. Yet, as usual, hostile forces and political opportunists conspire together to oppose our Party in a blatant and ridiculous fashion.
