The number of Vietnamese fishing vessels deliberately committing IUU fishing, especially illegal exploitation of resources in foreign waters, has decreased dramatically. The outcome makes a vital contribution to European Commission’s consideration of removing its ban on Vietnamese seafood on EU market.
