Promoting its tradition of being “loyal, ingenious, creative, proactive, united, determined to win” in the past 80 years of construction, combat, and development (7 September 1945 - 7 September 2025), the Department of Operations continues sharpening its capabilities in staff and direction work for strategic operations, meeting the requirements of building the Vietnam People’s Army, consolidating national defence, and safeguarding the Fatherland in the new situation
