The Factory has invested in upgrading its infrastructure and technological equipment; coaching and training technical officers and staff; stepping up the movement to promote technical innovations as well as production utilisation; well implemented policy work, etc. to create internal strength and synergy, thus successfully fulfilling all assigned tasks.
