 Resolution 68 has paved the way for a new phase of breakthrough development of the private economy in Vietnam. From being underestimated and prejudiced, the private economy in Vietnam is now affirmed by our Party as "the most important driving force of the national economy". This embodies a shift in our Party's awareness of the private economy
