Building the Department of Ground Air Defense on par with the requirements and tasks

The Department has assisted the Service Commander in advising the Ministry of Defense and the Central Steering Committee for Air Defense to issue directives, guidelines, and legal documents to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the state management on the work of ground air defense and people's air defense.
