 Vietnam and the Philippines have issued a joint statement on the establishment of their strategic partnership.The following is the full text of the joint statement.

Under all conditions and circumstances, the entire armed forces must deeply internalise the spirit of proactiveness, determination, and resolute action, ensuring that there is no passivity or surprise in any situation, so that the election is conducted successfully and truly becomes a “great festival of the entire people.”
