International cooperation in law is an important part of defence diplomacy and cooperation in the era of international integration, aimed at raising the quality of law enactment and enforcement within the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA), strengthening its discipline, and bettering its synergy and combat strength as the basis for its successful fulfilment of all assigned missions

The entire Army is determined to successfully carry out the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term

Under all conditions and circumstances, the entire armed forces must deeply internalise the spirit of proactiveness, determination, and resolute action, ensuring that there is no passivity or surprise in any situation, so that the election is conducted successfully and truly becomes a “great festival of the entire people.”
