Our Party reiterates its consistent policy of closely combining economy, culture and society with national defense and security and vice versa. Grounded in this policy, since its inception, Corps 15 has always effectively fulfilled its functions as “an army ready for work and production” while being prepared for national defense tasks if need be, thereby affirming remarkable performance produced by an economic-defense in the strategic Central Highlands
