Determined to win Emulation movement - Motivation for the 301st Division to successfully accomplish the mission

The 301st Infantry Division (Hanoi Capital Command), established on 27 February 1979, is tasked with training, being combat-ready to protect key targets, ensuring political security, order, and social safety in the capital area under all circumstances. Over the past 45 years, to achieve its successes, one of the key measures undertaken by the Party Committee and the command of the Division is to promote the Determined to win Emulation movement, promote internal strength, elevate the sense of responsibility within each collective and individual, and create motivation to drive the unit to successfully fulfill its missions.
