Functioning as the military judgement enforcement management agency, the Judgment Enforcement Bureau of the Ministry of National Defence continues to monitor and firmly grasp the situation of judgment enforcement work in the whole Military; actively review and promptly advise competent authorities to amend, supplement, and promulgate new legal documents; and improve the institution of civil judgment enforcement in the Military to ensure that the legal sector on civil judgment enforcement in the Military is complete, constitutional, legal, synchronous, uniform, appropriate, feasible, open, and transparent.
