Over the past period, Hai Phong City Border Guard Command has drastically and synchronously implemented numerous strategies and measures to implement breakthrough military administrative reform and to improve the quality of border and seaport management, contributing to the promotion of socio-economic development in association with strengthening the City’s national defence, security, and foreign affairs.
