The consequences of toxic chemicals left by war in Vietnam are still very severe and long-lasting. Therefore, each organisation and individual should continue to thoroughly grasp and well implement the guidelines of the Party and the State, and continue to support, care for and help victims of Agent Orange to overcome difficulties and diseases and integrate into the community.
