Unit 871 promotes tradition to improve the quality of learner management

The building and improvement of the leadership capacity and combat power of the Party Committee have always been considered a key step. As it is managing a large number of learners who are studying and training in different countries and territories around the world, its Party committees at all levels have always been perfected in terms of quantity and quality to be suitable for the development of the Unit in each period.
