Transport Brigade 653 strengthens legal education, discipline management, and safety assurance

 The Party Committee and Command of the Brigade have focused on leading and directing efforts to strengthen legal education and management, raising awareness of strict compliance with government laws, military discipline and ensuring safety, considering this a regular task and an important breakthrough to drive comprehensive transformation.
