Signal Brigade 23 concentrates on legal dissemination and education

During the task implementation process, in addition to advantages, the Brigade has encountered numerous challenges, especially in force dispersal and negative impacts from society. As a result, along with the measures to build an all-strong, “exemplary and typical” Unit, the Brigade attaches great importance to legal dissemination and education to create a seismic shift in training and self-discipline within the Unit.
