Promoting the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, method, and style is both the responsibility and reverence of cadres and soldiers across the entire military towards Uncle Ho, and a strategic and long-term task that needs to be implemented with the highest political determination, scientific methods, and the most drastic and effective actions.
