Project Management Unit 678 - twenty years of construction and development

The Project of building the Ministry of National Defence’s Headquarters was of significant to not only the Military but also the nation. To conduct this project, on November 6th, 1998, the Ministry of National Defence (MND) decided to establish the Project Management Unit 678 (PMU 678). Immediately after its establishment, while the number of personnel was still limited and the task was challenging, the PMU 678 focused on consolidating its organizational structure, and shaped determination for its staff to fulfill all assigned tasks

The entire Army is determined to successfully carry out the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term
