Hau Giang enhancing the effectiveness of state management over defence

 In order that state management over defence is carried out in a legal and highly unified manner, Party Committee and Commanders of Hau Giang Provincial Military Command has proposed a number of solutions for the Provincial Party Committees, People’s Council and People’s Committee on leading, directing, managing defence work pursuant to its functions.
