Grasping the Party’s resolutions on the personnel work, the Naval Engineer Brigade 131’s Party Committee and Command have determined that building a contingent of cadres acts as a determinant to making the Brigade’s Party Organisation pure and strong and the Brigade comprehensively strong and capable of all assigned missions. Hence, in the new situation, greater importance should be attached to the personnel work
