Despite numerous difficulties and challenges, over the past 75 years, Hoa Binh armed forces have been built and continually developed to act in concert with people to defend their native land and make substantial contributions in terms of manpower and material to glorious victory of our people’s holy wars of resistance as well as actively participated in developing Hoa Binh province in every aspect.
