The High-Tech Telecommunication Centre (HTC) under the Signal Corps, founded on September 27th, 1976 is a strategic-level signal assurance unit tasked with giving scientific and technological advice to the Signal Corps’ Party Committee and Command, providing technical support for the military signal system and information technology equipment, upgrading, designing, and trialling spare parts of military signal equipment
