The Centre for Defence and Security Education under Hai Phong University was founded on October 9th, 2003. Its task is to educate students of the University and other universities and colleges on defence and security knowledge. Over the past 13 years, the Centre has held 108 training courses for more than 120,000 students with good results, being highly appreciated by the University and other ones, proving the credibility of the Centre
