Despite several difficulties due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and lack of working and living facilities and training grounds, the building of comprehensively strong, “exemplary and typical” units of the Provincial Armed Forces has achieved many positive results.

The entire Army is determined to successfully carry out the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term

Under all conditions and circumstances, the entire armed forces must deeply internalise the spirit of proactiveness, determination, and resolute action, ensuring that there is no passivity or surprise in any situation, so that the election is conducted successfully and truly becomes a “great festival of the entire people.”
