In the face of increasingly demanding requirements and tasks, the Factory continues to improve to become a core defence industry base with strong scientific and technical potential of the AD-AF in particular and the Army in general. To achieve that goal, the Factory’s Party Committee and Board of Directors have actively built an overall development strategy with appropriate goals, contents, solutions, roadmaps, and steps, in which importance is attached to developing a high-quality workforce.
