Honoured and proud of its glorious tradition and achievements, the cadres and soldiers of Naval Engineering Brigade 131 will continue to demonstrate steadfastness, intellect, and creativity - remaining worthy of their pioneering role in “Opening the road to victory” at sea. They stand determined to contribute to building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern Navy, capable of managing and firmly defending the sacred maritime and island sovereignty of the Fatherland.
