Over the years, under the Party’s military - defence lines, especially the Resolution of the Party Central Committee’s 8th Plenum (11th and 13th tenure) on the Strategy for Fatherland Protection in the New Situation as well as other resolutions and directives by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence, Military Region 7 has focused its leadership and direction on building strong all-people national defence
