Implementing the guidelines on defence diplomacy by the Party and the Central Military Commission (CMC), the Military Region 7’s Party Committee and Command have paid special attention to maintaining and developing defence cooperation with Cambodia, thereby contributing to cementing the solidarity and friendship for peace, stability and co-development between the two countries
