With proactiveness and a high sense of responsibility, Party Committee and Commandants of Air Defence Brigade No. 226 (hereinafter the PCAB and CAB) under the 9th Military Region have always concentrated their leadership and directions on implementing the Directive No. 5-CT/TW by the Politburo through specific and practical deeds, thereby creating a complete transformation in awareness and moral standards and lifestyle and working style amongst cadres, party members and soldiers
