Vietnam strongly condemns the terrorist attack on March 1 that left many dead and dozens injured at Kunming station, southwest China's Yunnan province, Foreign Ministry’s spokesman Le Hai Binh said on March 2.

The spokesman made the statement in reply to reporters’ queries about Vietnam’s reaction to the deadly attack.
“Vietnam extends the deepest sympathy to the Chinese government, people and families of the victims”, he said, voicing confidence that the perpetrators will receive punishment befitting their crime.
