To well carry out the work for the advancement of women and gender equality, all-level CAWs have been frequently consolidated and they have given sound advice to party committees and commands on raising the effectiveness of the work for the advancement of women and gender equality. Women’s unions within units have promoted their proactiveness, creativity and unity, while acting as representatives of women’s legitimate rights and benefits
