7th Division improves quality of training the reserve

The Division requests party committees and organisations and commanders at all levels to strengthen leadership of training work and effectiveness of party and political work in training; align training with emulation movements; promote compliance with the regulation on grassroots level democracy; bring into play the role of mass organisations and wisdom of all military personnel in overcoming difficulty to successfully complete training task.
